Export & End-Use Compliance Policy
A transaction-specific review for equipment, software, technical data and support. Effective and last updated: 28 July 2026.
01Policy
OMNI UXV will not knowingly supply products, software, technical data or services in violation of applicable export controls, sanctions, destination-country laws or authorization conditions. The review applies to direct and indirect transactions, demonstrations, training, remote support and document access.
02Information required
Before quotation or release of controlled information, we may require details sufficient to understand the transaction.
- Purchaser, consignee, integrator, operator, beneficial owner and final end user
- Destination, transit route, installation site and proposed re-export
- Specific model, options, software, radio, navigation and payload configuration
- Detailed civilian, public-safety, industrial or other end use
- Required delivery, training, integration, remote access and technical data
03Classification and authorization
A commercial product name is not an export classification. Review must consider the exact technical characteristics and the law in the exporting, transit and destination jurisdictions.
Where authorization or a formal classification is needed, quotation, shipment, support or document release may remain conditional until it is obtained and its conditions can be met.
04Restricted or concerning activity
We may decline transactions involving prohibited parties or destinations, inconsistent end-use statements, unauthorized military or weapons integration, unlawful surveillance, illicit interference with radio or navigation services, diversion risk, refusal to identify the end user, or other activity that cannot be responsibly supported.
05Counter-UAS and RF products
Detection equipment and active countermeasures can have different legal treatment. Jamming, spoofing or transmission functions may be limited to specifically authorized authorities and locations. Product availability does not establish permission to import, possess or operate it.
A compliant project may be limited to passive or detection-only functions. Local spectrum and public-safety authorization must be confirmed by the buyer and end user.
06Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information, use products only for the approved purpose, comply with license and contractual conditions, protect controlled documents, obtain local permissions and notify OMNI UXV before transfer, re-export or material change of end use when required.
07Records and review rights
OMNI UXV may keep screening, classification, end-use, authorization, shipping and correspondence records for the period required by applicable law and defensible compliance practice. We may update screening or pause activity if parties, rules or facts change.
08Official sources and legal advice
China’s Ministry of Commerce publishes official control announcements and policy interpretations. Destination and transit authorities may impose additional rules. Use current official sources and qualified counsel for a legal conclusion.
