Privacy Policy

How business inquiry, website-security and measurement data are handled. Effective and last updated: 29 July 2026.

01Scope and controller

This policy applies to omniuxv.com and business inquiries submitted to OMNI UXV, the business operating this website from Shenzhen, China. A contracting legal entity and its contact details will be identified in any formal quotation or agreement.

This website is intended for business and institutional users and is not directed to children.

02Information we collect

We collect information you provide through the inquiry form or direct communications, technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, and website-measurement data from Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity.

  • Name, business email, company, country, stated area of interest and message
  • Product, project, end-user, destination and compliance information you choose to provide
  • Request time, IP-derived approximate location, user agent, device and browser characteristics, hosting security signals and server logs
  • Pages viewed, traffic source, engagement events, clicks, scrolling and other interaction or session-replay data
  • Correspondence, document-request status and records required for transaction due diligence

03How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare configurations and quotations, evaluate end use and export requirements, maintain website security, prevent abuse, understand aggregate traffic, diagnose usability issues, improve website content, keep business records and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use inquiry data for unrelated automated decision-making or intentionally use this website to serve third-party behavioral advertising.

04Legal bases and international transfers

Depending on your location, processing may rely on steps requested before a contract, legitimate interests in B2B communication and security, consent where required, or compliance with law.

Information may be processed in China and by service providers in other countries. We use contractual and operational safeguards appropriate to the service and the information involved.

05Service providers and disclosure

Cloudflare processes website hosting, delivery and security data. Web3Forms processes inquiry-form fields and delivers submissions to OMNI UXV by email. Google processes website measurement data through Google Analytics 4, and Microsoft processes website interaction data through Clarity. Direct communications may also be processed by email and business-system providers. Professional advisers or authorities may receive information when reasonably necessary for legal, security, compliance or dispute purposes.

We limit access to people and providers who need the information for an identified purpose.

06Retention

Routine inquiry records are retained for up to 24 months after the last substantive contact, unless a shorter period is requested and no legal or compliance reason requires retention. Transaction, export-review and contractual records may be retained longer where law or defensible business recordkeeping requires it.

Security logs, analytics and interaction data are retained according to the applicable Cloudflare, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity account settings and may be deleted or aggregated under those controls.

07Your choices and rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. Rights can be limited by legal, security and recordkeeping obligations.

Send a request to [email protected]. We may need to verify identity and authority before acting. You may also complain to the privacy regulator in your jurisdiction.

08Security and updates

We use access controls, encrypted transport, input validation, abuse prevention and service-provider safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security; avoid sending unnecessary sensitive data through the public form.

We will update the effective date when this policy materially changes.
